correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't the price of Winchesters spike after they announced they wouldn't be making guns anymore? IIRC, Canadian Centennials were ~1K?? Now they're back down to ~$300?

They closed one plant that wasn't profitable –––––––––––––––––––––––––––– firearms are still being mfg'ed and sold...
