According to MagSafe's website :

The now -famous Strasbourg Tests put MagSafe on the map. To Summarize what nearly everyone already knows, over 600 live French Alpine goats (their bodies are very much like humans) were shot under controlled conditions: no anesthetic, same shot placement form animal to animal, and with blood pressure and heart rate monitors to determine the Incapacitation Time (measure of how long it took a goat to cease functioning after the single shot was delivered).

MagSafe Ammo worked - better than anything else
.

No, they didn't happen.

What did happen was the Lee Strasberg tests, where early American stage directors and actors were shot with various bullets to see if anyone would care.

Turns out no one did.

Okay, now I know what to use when hunting Alpine Goats with handgun.

Hmmm. I wonder why they had to keep all those goats quiet? Hmmm.

Heart rate and blood pressure monitors but no video cameras apparently...

"The only people who think the "Strasbourg Tests" are real are the usual crowd of crackpot "magic bullet" believers and the pathetically incompetent editors of consumer gun magazines like Guns & Ammo."

True enough, but what if we were attacked by goats? Well? Who'd be laughing then smart guy.

You're 'science' would be meaningless against a full scale goat attack.

When I took my CCW class The guy gave us all copies of the results. I posted here about two years ago for another copy cause I lost mine. No one even knew what I was talking about. So if they were BS. Then impactguns.com is full of shit cause that is where I took my class.

A full grown Alpine can top a hundred pounds.
It still isn't particularly relevant, though.

This could be a cool use for several hundred death row inmates.

+1

this is the unspoken fear. We joke about zombies, plan for water contamination, dirty bombs, blah blah blah, while the insideous threat of goat attack grows greater every day. I'm just glad someone else was bold enough to talk about it.

Why do you think the symbol for Satan is...a goat? with it's sharp horns, ability to eat everything (including....people....) sinister "bah, bah" makes me shudder. And their ability to mate with people, and in total darkness you cannot tell the difference.....I hear.

There are 16 goats living on my property. Some would describe them as "mine."

Should I:
A) conduct the Goat O' Truth analysis with .223 vs 7.62x39 and 9mm vs .45? We could have 4 samples with each cartridge and average the results.
B) co-opt them to protect me against a full scale goat attack, similar to a Northern Alliance strategy against al-Queda and the Taliban.
