Ummmm no.
But there was a huge split (pretty much Fed and Anti-fed lines again) over the war of 1812. The northeastern states actually had a convention to consider seceding... |

The only person that I know of that was tried for treason during Jefferson's term was Aaron Burr, who was acquitted.
