As much as I would love to see Dorian Johnson get put on the hook for perjury/felonious assault and battery on a cop and most importantly capital murder (a death occurring during the commission of a felony), the simplest and most plausible of explanations (excuse or alibi) is that Michael Brown was wearing or otherwise in possession of Dorian Johnson's bracelet at the time Brown and Officer Wilson were fighting.

He looks kinda scrawny. Probably slipped off his wrist as he ran away.

What did Darren Wilson testify about it?  Seems like he is the only person who would know and testify truthfully.

He probably didn't realize that Johnson was pulling on his leg.  His view was either obscured by Brown or at least tunnel vision would have blocked it out.

While politically this would be almost impossible to accomplish, I say charge Johnson with capital murder.

The bracelet Dorian was wearing during the store robbery video was found next to the police car on the ground.
In an eye witness account Dorian hit the side view mirror of the police car.

He committed a few crimes the day of MB's death and continued  to break the law with his lies.

He was mostly the agitator/ instigator IMO. He was ramping MB up. In the video you can see him run out the door when he sees Brown getting violent. He also bailed when the assault started at the SUV. He was the 'brains' of the two person walking crime spree that was Johnson and Brown.

Most likely the correct scenario but they don't have the stones to indict him.
Now if it was two crackers that were involved in this attack, it would have already been a done deal.

I thought that was how it normally worked:  accomplice in a murder gets charged with murder even if they weren't the one who pulled the trigger.

This seems to indicate that the left isn't alone in looking for gossip.

Yes, in normal America.  Imagine the outcry if the DA were to arrest and prosecute Johnson for capital murder.  Blacks and bleeding heart whites would lose their shit.

Then you explain how a bracelet worn by Johnson, found on the ground next to Wilsons SUV, constitutes gossip?

I think it requires an actual felony.

Conspiracy to commit a crime, and accessory are both felonies.

It seems Johnson's DNA was on the bracelet, and there was a witness who saw him assaulting Wilson.

It sounds insufficient for a conviction but reasonable to conclude he likely was involved.

Would a felony in the robbery apply in the subsequent attack on Wilson?

How about the transfer of stolen goods?

I expect Dorian Johnson to be starring in an upcoming episode of "The First 48", however it will end up a cold case.

Do you think a bracelet that Dorian (who looks like a skinny hood rat) would fit MB, who obviously wasn't a skinny hood rat?
