Somehow the number lock on my keyboard got turned on and I can't figure out how to turn it off.

The keys:
 
uiop  come out as:  456-
jkl;   come out as:  123+
m     come out as:  0

if I don't hold down the Fn (Function) key.

You use the function or alt key plus the numlock key at the top.

I don't recall the exact one as it has been 2 years since I had a dell
