Just read the synopsis, it's suposed to take place in Wisconsin. Which means that at least we'll se guns right away when SHTF. Instead of a bunch of un prepared idiots running around screaming for the .Gov to protect them from the zombies. If we don't see guns as soon as SHTF I'll be disappointed.

It'll just butcher the classic original.  While I like seeing some remakes because of advances in cinamatography, sometimes it just makes it worse i.e. Starwars.
