Anyone watch Letterman last night? He had Bill O'Reilly on, i know some of you don't like O'Reilly, but last night he got into a pretty heated arguement with Letterman about Iraq & Cindy Sheehan. Letterman's true colors came out, and it was plain to see he is just another liberal celebrity without much credible info to back his stance, just the typical "Why are we there?" crap. I won't get into details, but if you can get a chance to watch it or download it, please do. He let his personal feelings get in the way of his show, & i won't be watching Dave again. Adding one more to the list of celebrities i hate.

Um....you didn't know this before now? +1 He hasn't been funny in many, many years. Also realize that any talk show host gets better ratings if they rile up their guest. Bill's the "conservative" so Dave has to play the arch-libtard* to rile Bill. Viewers eat up the fire works and are more likely to tune in next time. *Of course there's not too much play acting here for Dave. Although he's usually pretty good about trying to stay more neutral while on his show. |

Hey say all you want about "not knowing it before" But i've never actually seen him spew out his nonsense like he did last night. You can always ass-u-me things about anyone, but it's not until someone opens up their big yapper that you can see their true colors. I had never heard or seen anything about him & his political views until last night. excuse me for not being the All knowing about everyone in the world like some of you seem to think you are.

Then try to say something intelligent. I roll my eyes at the "kill all Democrats" crap here as quickly as the "kill all Republicans" crap on such founts of wisdom as Kos and DU. If you have an alternative viewpoint, state it with calm reason and facts to back it up. You will find that you CAN engage several folks here who can argue lucidly with you point for point, and at the least you can agree to disagree on the items where each side feels the other loses. Save the snarky comments for the proper threads, lord knows there are plenty of 'em. |

O'Reilly is quite a target for the left so he gets points, deserved or not. Letterman reveals his idiocy when he makes the following comments, "Letterman said he was "very concerned about people like yourself who don't have nothing but endless sympathy for a woman like Cindy Sheehan." That's where he issued his content analysis(60% crap) of "The O'Reilly Factor," although he admitted he didn't watch it. Keith Olberman referred to O'Reilly as the "worst person in the world"....jeez Keith, could you get off Bill's coat-tails for a minute or two. That's 15 times you've mentioned Bill in your worst categories, time to move on to Geraldo or Nancy Grace you twit. |

I did not see the show, but it was so biased that sound clips made their way to several talk radio shows. O'Reilly cleaned Letterman's clock! At one point Dave admitted he never saw Bill's show...right after he said "60% of what you say is crap" Any bets Franken primed him with talking points... |
