I voted not justified. If he would have gone the legal route everything would be ok. But nooooo, he had to ILLEGALY discharge an "automatic" weapon. Imagine if a civilian did it. I can.

HE WALKED!...the jury voted NOT GUILTY!
I do not have children, but I can imagine how I would feel if it was attacked by a dog. Don't get me wrong..I love animals and have two dogs of my own, but if one of my dogs attacked a kid unprovoked then I would put it down myself..no questions asked. |

I went to bed before hearing what the court ruled. Anyone?
I like how they showed his AR (with LEO markings on the right side) and called it an automatic rifle... and they kept showing him inserting the mag into the gun time after time after time. The media kills me. |

I would have shot that dog the day it happend. that is what happens in my small town. If a dog attacks someone the animal control comes, and if the dog hasent' been shot yet they shoot it and cut off the head to see if it had rabies. That cop is my new hero.
