Hot Hot Hot. We went from winter to summer, hardly no spring......

Oh well, time to crank up the AC and kick back.

always like that here. 1 day it's 40 degrees, the next it's 80 with 90% humidity

Here it's been rapidly switching between mid-40's and mid-80's. Up and down and up and down...

Brutal hot here...as usual.

Only place hotter is maybe Phoenix.

Easily 105.

Pshaw!

Yesterday it was 106 here, today it's supposed to get up to maybe 111 or 112.

Time for me to hibernate.

Actually, I'm gonna make me a Nalgene bottle quart-sized cocktail and sit in the pool. I have a half an hour to wait. (drinking before noon requires a speshul occasion, today ain't it)

ETA: I just checked the Weather Channel and it's 100 at 11:30:55 Phoenix time.

I read 105 right now

Update, it is now 99 degrees, dang....

Yes the humidity is brutal, I hate it, it makes it so I cant get out alot, if the humidity is low, the heat does not bother me.

I walked outside, and if you hold your hand over the lawn, about 3ft high, you can feel the heat and humidity emiting from the lawn.....

Oh thank God. After sixteen months of frigid cold, ripping wind, icy rain, wet snow, goopy slush and messy ice, it's so very, very nice to see clear skies and oppressive heat pounding down atop of us, refusing to be chased away by the long, lazy, windless summer days.

Now I can finally get back to doing what I came here to do: LIVING IN THE GODDAMNED DESERT.

If I wanted the wet and the cold year-round, I'd fucking move to the Yukon, for Christ's sake.

If your town is warmer than Baghdad, maybe you should move?
