It's a 25mm 'Bushmaster' (no relation to the AR maker) chain-gun.
Don't know about the FH, but the gun would be a $200 'Destructive Device', and each round of ammo would be taxed $200 too (plus no reloading, IIRC)... |

Its the same gun that is on top of the LAV-25. They could be Marines getting some trigger time while on deployment with there vehicles in the well deck.
