I've been monitoring DU since 6 pm last night. There are several posters there who have been going absolutely ballistic. Some have gone so far as to advocate violence.

DU is now closed to all but registered users..

I wonder if some people are saying things that they don't want the rest of the world to hear.??.

Sorry, Asheville, I loved to vacation there and was even thinking about moving there but no more.

The dumb and righteous (how those two go together...)have to realize there is a downside to having "Mr. Morality" there to protect y'all from us Democratic sinners.

I've been in all morning watching them fly apart. They are totally frothing at the mouth. This is fucking great! Some are whining about moving out of the country, others are urging supporters to call Kerry and ask him to take back his concession and recount Florida and Ohio, Others are cursing us as "Freepers" and saying "Don't ask for sympathy when your sons are drafted and killed in Iraq (They sure show their REAL colors now). Others are speaking of rioting. Many are saying that the election was rigged and that Kerry really won the election but "freepers" stole it. (They refuse to believe that not all Dems voted Kerry).

Either way, DU is up in smoke and I'm loving it.
