After reading numerous reports I called DSA, and talked to the 'kit gun girl' (as SHE called herself.....

ALL kit guns are being recalled for two reasons..

ALL will have US parts recount to insure compliance....

ALL will have muzzle brakes replaced...'with a brake the ATF approves of', 'its more like a replica brake', 'all the FN folks seem to love them'.....

Dealers will receive mailing labels and DSA web page should be updated this week. Entire service IS free of charge, and will have 2 magazines sent back as a thank you...

BTT -- Have any of you recent purchasers heard about this?

I just called DSA.

they said even my gun (purchased five days ago) was subject to recall. The rep there mentioned the muzzle brake as needing to be replaced.

They said I should wait to hear from my dealer (the FFL who sold me the gun)

Post paid labels would be included.
