Here we go again...

It RULES, get it. Not a movie, its a training video, like Red Dawn.

Are you asking about the original version, or the latest release?

The original was filled with cliches from the 70's - Racial tension, shopping malls, shag carpeting, really bad hair, Hari Krishna cultists, an unusually well-stocked hardware department inside a Penny's store (!), helicopters that any bimbo could learn to fly in a half hour or less, biker gangs with FA weapons, and a gun shop located next to the Hickory Farms cheese shop. Bottom Line: A laughably bad movie – One that you'll want to see over and over again...

It the new version is half as bad as the original, it'll be a cult classic.

both the original and this remake are good.

Althougth I prefer the newer movie now.

This movie is guaranteed to F*CK YOU UP FOR LIFE! I've been a zombie buff for a lotta years, and this movie blows away every/any other zombie flick ever made. Go get it...you won't be disappointed.

Did anyone else sit there noticing all the differences between the theatre version and the DVD version?

I'll be buying it tomorrow (err, wait, today...) along with reserving my copy of Halo2.

+1. I was working part time in a theater when this was out and saw it 5 or 6 times. It seems like they moved some of the stuff around in the theatrical release because of the scenes they cut so everything would flow. I liked the director's cut better but it made less sense when the dope went after the dog in this version. In the theatrical version they made it appear as though she owned the dog but in the director's cut it just seemed stupid that she got so worried about it. Either way I was rooting for her to die after that scene.

all I gotta say is why did that chick have to die because of that dumb priest who didn't know how to use the chainsaw...that was a damn hot chick....I get warm inside when I think of her

Well Andys video diary answered alot of questions I had.

if I was andy, I'd pull out a 22mag and 22lr and just shoot the shit out of every zombie out in the parking lot....making as many head shots as possible to take out as many of them as possible...then I use the rest of the centerfire ammo to take out as many as possible saving as many rounds as I can but just dump the .22 rimfires safely from above

Yah! Lot more head explosions!!!

I liked it and the soundtrack too. Guns used and tactics could have been better, but over all good.

OXYMORON:
"A rhetorical figure in which an epigrammatic effect is created by the conjunction of incongruous or contradictory terms"

Should I have money in my wallet or a zombie movie? Hmm that's a tough one.
