I need to purchase and install a great trailer hitch.  Would appreciate advice from anyone who has 'been there, done that.'  1998 Grand Marquis.  Need info on hitch, drawbar, and electrical connections.  Checked with UHaul already, and have seen their wares.  Checked under the car and don't see any frame holes that look usable for bolts and nuts.  Hmmm.

Check the yellow pages, usually a welding shop can set you up with what you're after. UHaul does a lot of hitches out here, they're all pre-fab anyway from Reese or Draw-tite, so you can't really go wrong.

The welding shop idea is a good one for the hitch, but do your homework on the wiring! When I worked for Jeep, there were some real disasters when untrained people tried to wire up trailers "The old way"
