I used to know of a good site that had free background searches, but it's been so long I can't remember it.  Anyone know of any?

How much does it cost to retrieve it directly from your state?  It only costs a couple of bucks here in Texas.

Arkansas is pretty strict with access.  You either have to be LEO or have a signed approval but only if you're an employer or licensing board.  

I have none of that.  But a few years ago I found a site that had records and used extensively.  I can't find it now, because there are so many "free background checks" now.
