Need A team Of Lawyer's to take on one of the casino's here in town. Type of case is A Minor pedestrian. was struck by an automobile in a cross walk.
Due to the fact that the minor was served alcohol and allowed to gamble in a Major Casino on the strip. He was served alcohol while He was playing at
the slot machine by a cocktail waitress. And then served by a bartender at the bar. The security personnel assisted Him in being served while He was playing the slot machine.
No security personnel ever carded my mentally challenge son. Even though he had his state ID in his posession. He Just turned 20 on March 31st. There Is A Full
police report ready to be faxed to you so you can see all the specific detail's regarding this incident on April 3rd, 2009. The automobile that actually hit my son was insured
also. I know your thinking there is no law here to hold a business liable in case you drank too much here in Nevada. But that does not dispose of the fact that the casino
broke the Law serving a minor alcohol. To The Level of totally being intoxicated to where he was completely disallusoin to the point where he could not decide which
light was for the car's and which light was for the pedestrian's. He saw A green light and proceeded to cross Las Vegas Blvd, I came To The Conclusion you will be
able to use the casino's insurance risk management carrier since they handle their own claims, against the automobile's insurance. And sit back and enjoy the show.Call Dr.William Miller if you are interested at (702) 542-9268 or email me at [email protected] Thank - You !!

Question 1:  Definition of "mentally challenged" is necessary-was individual legally-speaking mentally incompetent?

Question 2:  Degree of injuries sustained by poster's son is..?

While it is possible to sue and win against a casino in Nevada it isn't easy......they have had decades of major influence in the legislature etc. to
set the ground rules as much in their favor as possible.

Not a lot of actual facts to base an opinion on and it is likely that there are lots of facts the ad author is not publishing.
The case could hinge on if he can get the casino to release the surveillance video showing his under 21 son gambling
and being served alcohol by casino staff.

Will be interesting to see how this turns out.

The casino must be most at fault because they have the most money

his son has absolutely no responsibility in any of this!

ETA: if the son was "mentally challenged" then he should have been accompanied by an adult.

Who says he wouldn't walk out in the traffic sober?

Fight a casino in Vegas is a long shot.  They have home field advantage.  Tough row to hoe.

Vegas is no place for your mentally challenged son to be wandering around unsupervised. Chances are he looked 30-casinos don't have the manpower to card everyone..
