IIRC her cover of Stairway to Heavan that was not considered suicide worthy by those who are not chicken littles.

I was being intentionally convoluted in my mangling of the language.

I grew up listening to Country, but I rebelled when Boot Scootin' Boogie and Achy Breaky Heart got played to death.  I haven't cared about any Country made since.  Now I listen to Classic Rock.

You boys need to get down here to the South and view a few Honky Tonk Badonkadonks and you will understand!

The sequins and poofy 'doos got replaced with bad lyrics, bad music and bad singers, generally speaking. I too have given up on country after having been a big fan for a few years. Classic rock has become my mainstay also, probably because I'm such an old fart.

I've always looked at music as a smorgasborg, pick what you like.

I think they call that eclectic.   Same with the other arts.

Country music died when Reba McIntyer started making vile noises come out of her ugly dicksucker.

Big and Rich… What a joke.

Country music’s version of The Monkees… but not as talented.

Country music and I parted ways about the time that Garth Brooks started singing about banging an old woman in a cornfield.
And now that someone mentioned her, Reba's video of her blowing up her husband's boat with him on it didn't help.  And let's not forget about "Fancy".
