I bought this upper years ago...mid 90's actually.  Used it for a build for a little while, but have since moved onto other rifles and it now sits unused.  I guess if I were interested in shooting lighter weight bullets than having an upper with a 1/9 barrel would be useful, but I don't soot anything under 55 gr.  As much as I hate parting with stuff, the money could certainly be useful to put towards other gun stuff..
