Help me get my Outlook Express up & running, and recieve a free VHS copy of BHD. The video is a purchased used rental, so it isn't in stellar shape, but it's good. I recently switched to DVD.

Otter, what's the problem?

You have to make sure and setup your account with the POP3 Server as mail.ar15.com and the SMPT server mail.ar15.com. If you need anything else IM me, but this is generally what the problem is. Also make sure you don't have MSN or AOL as your ISP because you won't be able to send messages using Outlook because they blook port 28 or 29 or something like that, they do this so you're forced to use their mail services.

if that doesn't work reinstall IE to the lastest version.

Do the updates...

When I try to use it, it sends me through a series of pop-ups to set it up. All seems well, until I get to a window that asks for e-mail server names. There is a pull down window that has POP3, IMAP, and HTTP, and 2 more into which I need to type incoming and outgoing mail servers. I haven't been able to get past that.

I recently had to get a new hard drive and install all my software.

We have a winner. Awaiting e-mail from Big Bear. Thanks for playing, and keep watching. The next tape to be given away is The Big Lebowski.

No kidding, thanks all.
