As a brand, Porsche is pretty reliable over all. The key to Porsches are scheduled and preventative maintenance; fail to do both and God help you. IMB bearing not withstanding.

Why is this survey considered valid? The survey was conducted solely by the magazine's subscribers(hardly a representative sample) of what they claim is 1.1 million vehicles.
Even if they did have that many subscribers, there were over 254 million passenger cars in the US as of 2007. |
