Mariano Rivera is a STUD of Washington Monument proportions. Thing is, he can't come in and save EVERY game for you. Sox GOTTA take game two. Pedro doesn't have a stellar record pulling out the must wins, and its time for him to step up. Go Sox!!!!!!!! Win or lose, you GOTTA love the fall classic - Sox v. If the Red Sox win, then Kerry will win. If then the Eagles win the Superbowl...
...the Apocalypse begins. Seriously, watch Kerry. He's from Boston, should he not go to at least ONE game? I'll bet he won't. Just like how Hillary wouldn't go to a Yankee game during the World Series/Capaign. They know that they stand a good chance of having 20-30% of the crowd booo them. That would be loud. |

Fuck the Yankees, fuck baseball, overpaid, overweight, whiny bastages. Pro baseball hasn't been the same since the strike back in the late80's/ early 90's, whenever it was, thats when I stopped watching a sport that I loved.
I have since switched to FOOTBALL, America's REAL sport, and all I have to say is GO CHIEFS!!! |

My bet is more people here hate the yankees than love them...but I could be wrong. Now Zaphod, what's a nice Florida boy doing rooting for the Yankees and Eagles in the first place? Yeah, that too. Believe me, I don't follow baseball AT ALL anymore unless the Yanks are in the series, and even then I catch the scores later. I rarely watch. But hey! Old fan feelings die hard!
