They're trying to call this incident racism. They don't know who's responsible, a black person or a white person and more importantly they don't know the motive. How can it be racism when the person in question is routinely dismissed by the Black political bloc as "NOT BEING BLACK"?

I guess black people don't eat watermelon, they just throw it off the top of buildings.

It is a clear cut case of racisim, and political hatred to boot.

The original question had the comedian Gallager, and it was changed to Ms. Rice's name. THe link, by stipulating a FEDERAL building is clear.

THe racisim is the use of 'watermelon' and a black person (it doesn't matter if the 'black community leaders' think she is balck or not. It is obvious that she is).

The political hatred is clear also...
