Quoted: Recently there was a post here claiming that something like 38 states were signing a law recognizing each others CCW. Did that go through? Someone fed you some bogus info. Some states recognize others, some states don't. You'd have to go to the NRA/ILA web site to get the accurate info. Logically put, 38 states couldn't agree on whether or not the sun will come up tomorrow. >gg< |

It was 28 states and it was actually put out by some TV stations and even sheriff's associations. It was BOGUS. States currently negotiate with other states on a one on one basis.

FL has a Reciprocity Law. We honor any states Permit that Honors ours. Most of those states are the same way. The Dept of state has a list that they send to Concealed Weapons Permit Holders here listing all the states that Honor FL permits. There are currently 18 states that honor our permits. I heard that a few more will be soon.
