Ok if you have an electric clothes dryer.If you have a gas dryer do these gismos not dump carbon monoxide into your basement as well as warm moist air?........just take the discharge hose off the dryer vent....easy ...cheap.

How did you deal with the increased humidity? My drier puts out quite a bit of moisture until near the end of the cycle.

Yep, it's an electric dryer thing, and I have a dehumidifier in my basement, it does add to the moisture, which is a good thing if running a wood stove.

Yeah, you should be able to get these things about anywhere. I just saw them at the Lowe's near me last week.
With respect to the humidity, hell, I'll gladly welcome any additional humidity in my house in the winter. |
