Its real.
I watched it once, so I might've missed something but the old man takes a head shot and falls back to his right. The blood splatter starts where the intial shot took place and flows from that point back to the right as well which would appear to follow the line his head fell. |

People don't always die and bleed like the movies might make you think. An innocent old guy got shot by a black nutjob and police are all over the case, and youre debating the authenticity of it? |

Oxygen rich blood is bright red. Blood headed for the brain is carrying that bright red blood. Getting shot in the head causes bright red blood to leave the body. Old man fell, head smack the ground while his heart still pumped more blood to the brain causing the weird spray. OP is tarded.

My thought was it was real and it shows how our perception of what a gunshot wound looks like, especially to the head, is terribly wrong thanks to Hollywood.
