Team, my citrix skillz are weak.

I have a working citrix metaframe connection with a client's host.  How in the wild world of sports do I copy a file from my laptop, through the ctrix session, to the host computer?  

I know this is going to be painfully obvious when it is revealed to me...

I'll eat the crow, just tell me how!
