I found one of these at a local pawn shop and it seems like a good deal on nicer watch than I currently own. Any issues with buying a used watch, in general or this watch in particular, that I should look out for?

Make sure all the functions work, and that it charges correctly.

Either that or work out a return agreement, to be written on the sales slip and signed by the pawnshop guy. (owner)

Model number? (Read the numbers off the back of the case)

I ended up buying it. It seems to work correctly and the deal was right. Already had several complements.

Nice watch.  I bought mine from a pawn shop also and love it!  It's been flawless for years and my next watch will be a Citizen GPS that is very similar.

I paid $75 for mine and am glad I did.

My Eco-Drive died 3 days after the warranty ran out.  They wouldn't even talk to me.

I have had this exact same watch for several years. I love the way it never has to be wound and always has the correct time. I have an older Rolex but it is such a pita to keep it wound and set correctly.

Nice. $75 is what I paid as well.

I have had a Citizen eco-drive watch for years and the only complaint I have is the cost of a replacement band.

same watch almost.
Paid $170 ( I think)  for it and then $17 for the band. Sanded the black off the bezel myself. It's my favorite watch to wear.
you got a great deal.

I read the title as "Citizen Eco-Drive Perpetual automatic".

My gears slipped a bit.

I've got a Blue Angels eco drive atomic.  I don't wear it much, but it's a nice watch.  No problems with it.

I like mine.  Bought it new about a year ago, and likely paid too much. Seems fine doing what it's supposed to do.

My Father-in-law has one of those that he's had for several years now. While I admired it, the face seems just a bit too busy for my tastes. Beautiful watch in any case.
