"has some small dings.   This ammunition has been checked in a chamber gauge and will chamber."

Well gee... it will chamber! Thats  good to know! I'm glad the ammo I buy will at least chamber. LMAO

Well everyone else out there could give it a try... but me being in CA and only owning one AR-15 I only buy new factory ammo, it costs more but at least I'll get to have an AR forever, if I blow this one up I'm pretty much screwed.

When we go to qualify for M16 the instructor insists that if it chambers it will fire without any problems.

MMK, the stuff SouthernAmmo has is/was better, it was WCC/IMI/LC/TW ammo.  They had 3 grades - std. .223 for $116 (now $104), slightly tarnished originally for $104 (sold out apparently - I had some of this, only 5% was deeply tarnished) and the just now listed 'slightly dented'.  All ammo came in a .50cal. ammo can.

The slightly tarnished ammo I got from SouthernAmmo was clean and customer service was friendly.  At least with SouthernAmmo they tell you what your're getting right up front.  The stuff from RGuns.net was dusty/powdery like it had already been run through a tumbler but yet some was still tarnished and some rounds were dented.  The biggest thing was every round had to be cleaned by hand to prevent the grit from possibly gumming up my rifle or causing chamber damage.
