I see an ad the other day in the classifieds. 85 mustang gt 429 cj $4500 bo. I wasnt expecting a whole lot but went to check it out anyway. Turns out somebody sunk an assload of money building this thing. Street legal 'barely' setup for drag raceing. Full 3" exaust, 430 gears, strange axels, SSM ladder bars, tied sub frame, Eibach springs, Koni shocks, C6 with manual valve body, NOS ect.......gave the guy $3500 and drove it home. Runs like a raped ape.

Put it on the road yesterday. Got a nice cool night tonight. Hopefully will be able to get a little action. My wife had to take a Zanax after a little joy ride.

Kidding. Looks like a fun little street fighter! You hotrodders should know about this: www.classicautomotiverestoration.com/manufacturing.html  This company is now making '67-69 Camaro frames and sheet metal as a complete package. New Camaros and Z-28s from '67 thru '69 can now be built again using this as the basis! The mind boggles... CJ |
