I caught my girlfriend of 7 years cheating on me this weekend. I told her she has to leave, she says she needs till Febuary to be able to move her cheating ass out.
WHAT WOULD YOU DO? |
I'd give her 3 days...
No, I'd give her the amount of time it takes you to throw her shit in the hallway. |
Has she been living with you more than 30 days?
If yes, you need to evict her. If you toss her out on the street it's wrongful eviction and she can sue you. |
two words...
Ass... street. You don't need that crap. She showed yo no repect or compassion by doing that, why should you? |
+1 - Make sure you don't get in trouble in the process of getting rid of her. |
Be careful. All she has to do is charge you with domestic abuse and you can no longer own guns. I hope she is not smart enough to figure it out but if she is .....
She is sitting 10 feet from me and has no clue what I am posting. |
Now, no questions asked, no quarter given... once a cheater, always a cheater
ETA My ex was very lucky that I didn't blow both her and her lover away when I walked in on them. I think the only reason that I didn't was that my kids were in the house. I now have custody and her and her now-husband are due back in court for the latest domestic disturbance. Throw the bitch out now !!! |
Tell her to get her ass over to "His" place if she needs somewhere to sleep. Boot her ass out now.
Can you leave?
If you can just pack your shit and go. No use getting sued or thrown in the clink over a cheating bitch. |
Show the BITCH the same consideration that she showed you...
PUT HER ASS ON THE STREET NOW!!! |
She isn't very smart. Property has been decided, she keeps her 1911 and her Beretta. I keep all my guns and the furniture. I have a good friend of mine who is ready to move in with me right now, I just need to broom this bitch FAST. |
Turn the monitor so she can see this..... HA HA! You got busted! |

7 years?
I doubt in most states you can simply boot her ass to the curb without warning. Google and find out what the laws are regarding evictions in your state. Make Goddamn sure that you do NOTHING that she can retaliate for with a DV report or restraining order otherwise your RKBA will be FUCKED. Good luck! PS. Make damn sure she has NO access to any finances or valuables. You are walking on eggshells here, take every step you can to protect yourself (and get the cheating cunt out of your life ASAP). |

Be civil about it, but tell her she has to leave within 2 weeks... unless you plan on forgiving her.
Tell her, just the sight of her makes you uncomfortable in your own home, and that her staying until February is not an option. She has done you wrong... But it is true that you can't just throw her in the street today. You would technically have to evict her if she has been living with you for more than 30 days... unless she doesn't know about her tenant rights that is. Are you two on the lease together? Does she have any bills in her name? If the answer is yes, I would start the process of removing her from these things immediately. I would also pretect yourself by not being a jerk or rough with her in any way, verbally or physically. (not that you would, but you have to be real careful) If she were to call the police and ask them to supervise while she removes her things from the home, she would be able to take whatever and the cops would say, sort it out in court with receipts or proof of ownership. Very sticky situation so it is best to try and work it out with her peacefully, but do not let her get the upper hand by taking advantage of the fact you share a home. If you have things that are yours that you don't want stolen or to turn up in an item for item custody battle... I would start preparing to move some of those things to a safe location when she is not around & or find the receipts and be ready to prove ownership. Sure this is a worse case senario and I have no idea where the two of you stand, but I can say from experience that women can turn on you in a second flat, & not think twice about it. Sorry about the rough days brother! Take it easy and keep a cool head. M4-CQBR |

Fuck her, she should've thought about how much time she would need to move before she cheated.
Indiana does not recognize common law marriage, so you are good to go. Give her the boot!
That's what the fuck I'm talkin' about! |
If you are going to be compassionate and grant her an extension so she can get her shit together, her deadline should be NLT January Fucking 1st at 1201am.
And I mean that from the bottom of my heart |
I just showed her that. She looks really sad now. |
if she had someplace to go already, you would have came home to a empty house! BOOT HER ASS OUT NOW!!!!
She's damaged goods , don't fall for any BS like saying it was an accident
or she will change , Because it's a LIE . People who cheat know full well what they are doing , and will do it again . It's just a matter of time . Toss the sleezy bitch |
After 7 years?? Isn't she now (legally) your common-law wife? (IANALNDIPOOTV)
Play this one coool......let her stay the thirty days, but in the meantime, call a lawyer and find out your options. (Q: why can't she move in with him??) After thirty days, if she hasn't moved out, put her stuff in storage, in her name, and give her the bill and key. Then ask her to leave. Make sure you have witnesses. Then shut the door. Permanently. This person will never be trustworty enough to be even remotely considered a friend. |
Do you own a house with her, or does she pay rent? Depending on the situation, I suggest you check to see what a landlord's legal responsibilities are regarding eviction. Do the minimum required to legally evict her? She can sue you and force you to let her live there until it is straightened out legally. I know someone who is in this situation right now. After two years, the case is still not settled.
I'm not sure but I think booting her is a no no. I wouldn't do it. |
Do you rent? If so, leave now. Let her figure out how to pay rent on the place. Your deposit is not worth it.
If you own... Find a place to stash your guns and start the eviction process immediately. Move your friend in now, hell, move a couple friends in.... have a couple parties... Why should she need any sleep? |
forgiving her is not an option. She is gone. I'm just trying to get rid of her without her freaking out and doing something like call the police. I'm doing my best to be civil. |
No excuse for her actions. Behavior like that is for wild animals. Turn around and tell her to get the fuck out.
I just spewed soda and peanuts all over my keyboard over that one! |
we rent. the lease is in both of our names.
I just can't stand the thought of having to see any more of her than absolutly needed.. |
You seem to be having a bit more fun with this than I would expect... If I caught my girlfriend of seven years cheating, I would not be able to be in the same room as her, much less posting on ARFCOM. YMMV, good luck, dude. |
Now THAT is funny!! |
Do you really need this thread to determine what to do . Give her 3 days tops .
I threw a girlfriend out once. I started taking her shit and putting it in the front yard. Her dad came to get it, and I wouldn't allow him to come in. I told him to be patient, I'd be sure they got everything. They ended up fighting over how much shit she had.
Kick the bitch to the curb. Do it, don't look back, and you WILL find better. |
GOOD I hate trecherous women! |
I'm just trying to do the best I can. She knows how pissed I am. |
Put the guns up! Lockem' down. |
+10000000000000000 Prety soon that "sad" is going to turn into "fine! he never really loved me anyway, I'll show him!" |
