I have ordered a lot of stuff from them and have never had that happen.

Are CTD the ones who offer you a bunch of crap after you submit your order online? If so, then maybe this guy clicked "Yes" to something.

Either way it sux. Generally, I like CTD, but that online crap pisses me off.

How come this topic is three different forums, all made by you?

Sorry .... did I plagiarize myself. Just wanted to hit the masses. Didn't know if this is a problem with CTD and just wanted to FYI everyone. I have not purchased from CTD so I have zero experience with them.

No problems at all with CTD other than they don't send me goodie bags at Christmas...

I'm thinking about buying 4 of the NATO fuel cans and a nozzle. The latest catalog has new ones for $15 apiece when you buy 4. I need more cans.

I ordered from CTD about a month ago on line, 2 bricks of quiet .22 rounds. A week later I got one brick, so I called thier customer service and read them the riot act, I knew I typed in (2) in the qty part of the order and was pissed because now I would have to pay 7.00 or 8.00 bucks to reship a 7.00 dollar order. The chick on the phone says, "did you click update your order after typing in the quanity?" Me-"umm I don't know." Her -"we will ship you another brick and eat the shipping." I say OK and hang up. Realizing my mistake, I felt like a jack ass and called them back and told them to add in shipping and appoligized for being retarded. Thier customer service seemed pretty good to me. I never heard of any account info problems though.

Dumbass.

I have the same sort of experiance with CTD . Awesome CS skills when something goes wrong . I just wish I could sweet talk them into drop shipping ammo to a shipper in Seattle for me .

P.S. That same exact event was posted on that board last year .

The first time I went to CTD I got that same offer for the rewards things, I clicked no and have never seen it again. that guy saying it is CTD's fault is an idiot, it's his own damn fault for not looking at what he's saying yes to.

This guy is like friends I have that ask me to look at thier computer because it's running slow, and when I check I find that they have a million stupid spyware/toolbar/weather bar.....etc installed because they just click yes to everything.

Ditto. Never heard of it...

I buy a lot from them, and I've never had anything happen like that. Somebody clicked on something without reading. If you see "Rewards Program" (I've never seen it on CTD), you've got to expect something.
Link Posted: 10/12/2004 4:26:13 PM EST
I've always liked them. They did put me on backorder for about a month, once though.

Its a trap!

I've never had a problem and always delivery in 3-5 business days.
Link Posted: 10/12/2004 4:45:45 PM EST
Same here, no problems ever with them.

I take that back. I've got a pile of Aguila .22 Super Colibri that they made me one hell of a deal on.
Its going to take me forever to shoot them all.

I probably order from at least every other month. No problems here.

Add me to the list of "never seen it" types. Magazines. Ammo. Some camping stuff. All over the last couple years. Never a hitch.

I live near CTD. I've ordered via mail and have gone there many times in person. ZERO complaints.
