We were at NWTC, and despite a strictly observed "no rat fucking" policy, I drew that corned beef hash like five days in a row. That shit was horrible half frozen.  |

FWIW MREs since 2001 have always tasted like TV dinners. I don't mind them at all, and it's not much worse than the SYSCO crap you get at any restaurant.
