Just remember this the next time you Manga and Anime haters want to mock the resident Arfcom Otaku!
Like it or not, this kick ass series is ANIME! 
I wonder how long it will be until it's dubbed. I like to pay attention to the action sequences. It's a little hard to do that and read the subs at the same time. |

It's CGI anime' with FURRIES. How could it possibly be any worse?
Screw that, it looks awesome to me! But I wonder what title it'll actually have on American TV? I don't think that any title with "shit" in it will make it, unless it's integrated into a Japanese name, like MatsuSHITa or komoSHITura or something like that. CJ |

CJ Try "Apocalypse Meow" that's what the Manga was published as, however if it's true that the anime will take place in Iraq instead of Nam, I don't think that name is fitting. |

It is only Anime in the fact it is Japanese, and animated. It is NOT Anime in the style of animation generally associated with Anime. Dubbing any foreign film is usually FAIL. |

The depiction of Americans as rabbits is actually a pun on the Japanese word for rabbit. The Japanese word for rabbit is "うさぎ," which can be romanized as "USAGI." USA + GI = USAGI.
