Anything?

First off, refrain from the furious masturbating; other than that I got nothing.

Figure out what caused it and stop doing it. If it was caused by using a mouse, get a vertical mouse or switch your mouse to your left hand. If it was caused by typing on the keyboard get an ergonomic keyboard and figure out which position makes the problem go away. Everybody is different. For me I have to put the keyboard on my lap. Once you have figured out what the cause of the problem is and have changed it or eliminated it then going to physical therapy will help you learn the stretches. I've gotten rid of carpal tunnel twice by this method. Once from the mouse once on the keyboard. Youtube probably has videos on the stretches.

Get a brace to wear overnight on the wrist and hand.

Sleeping in braces can help but ultimately surgery was the only long term solution..

Nothing I tried worked. Five years later and I've had surgery on both hands. I've also had 4 surgeries for trigger finger. Though the shots did work on my pinky finger the shots only delayed the inevitable for two fingers on each hand. The surgeries did wonders.

Get a wrist brace and use it when typing, and/or get wrist rests for your mouse and keyboard. https://g.co/kgs/kQ7kRz

Stretches work for me.   I went to a chiropractor/reflexologist  and he worked on the center of my forearms. Came out bruised as hell. But within a few months I felt great.

Can't afford it but I really need to go back

Had surgery on both hands in 04/05

Cutting back on whatever is aggravating it first and foremost.  Wearing the braces at night helps too.  Stretching and soaking in Epsom salts is another thing to add.

Wrist brace, refrain from using it, physical therapy.

Find a good hand specialist or physical therapist. Don't wait. It only gets worse.

Good pillow and a good mattress to sleep on are super important. Pinched nerves in the neck and back cause all kinds of wired shit too.

Good brace helps at night. But get therapy, like yesterday.

When my ex had CTS I bought her a paraffin bath.  Put wax in this thing that looks like a little deep fryer, let the wax melt and dip your hands in like you're making a candle.  She said it felt good, but it's not a cure.  You could try vitamin B6, but don't over do it.  Change the way you use your hand, try to reduce or eliminate forceful flexing of the hands.  A cock-up splint to use during the day and/or at night can relieve symptoms.

Don't fear the surgery.  The endoscopic CTS release takes about 5 minutes and is band-aid surgery.  It's nothing like it was 20 years ago.

braces only slowed it down for me, my triggers where things I couldn't avoid. The damage is already done by the time symptoms appear.

Surgery will fix it, but you'll probably develop other minor things. I developed trigger finger in both pinkies post op, so bad sometimes I have to tape them to my ring finger. It's been slowly getting better, I'm 22 months post op on my left, 18 months post op on my right.

Don't get them done at the same time unless you fancy someone wiping your ass for you for a few days.

What worked for me.
Extend your arm out with your fingers pointed straight up. Tilt your wrist down while you transit the hand into a fist . I did it 20 times , twice a day each arm. I did this while driving to and from work. You'll feel it pulling on the wrist joint.
