A stripped, rusty body needing lots of work will probably go for around 5K, depending on location. You could probably find a decent driver for 15-20K that needs some work, but looks decent, drives and has a passable interior.
It all depends on what you want to do with it. If you want a garage queen that looks like it just left the dealer lot, has very low miles and hasn't been restored you are going to be starting at 50K, a really rare example with the most desirable options and less than 20K could easily get over 100K, a lot more for one that has had a frame up restoration done right, assuming it was originally a rare car with highly desirable options.
You also have to remember, there are a lot more rare models around today than were originally built. Just the other day I saw a 71 Judge for sale, decent running and driving condition, decent price of 17K. Unfortunately despite it having all of the correct badges and decals, and even the correct bits and pieces, it was a LeMans the day it rolled out of the showroom, not a GTO, and certainly not a Judge.
