How do you get spots out of glass?  None of the cleaners I have work!  I've tried Eagle 20/20 and ArmorAll Glass Cleaner.  Any ideas?

On the Porsche board a few people have recommended using Bon-Ami cleanser to clean your windshield when it really needs it.  Gonna try it on the Jeep this weekend I think.

For glass windows in houses you can use 0000 steel wool.  I would check that with a reliable source for autoglass though as it seems to have some type of coating.  I would suspect that the coating has something to do with making it shatterproof.

Bon-Ami is good.  So is Rain-X Glass Polish, if you can find it, as Rain-X discontinued it.

You can also use newspaper and glass cleaner, followed by glass cleaner and some really, really fine steel wool, but be careful using that.
