It's a movie, not a heroin needle. Seeing it won't turn you into Obama.
If you are a relatively intelligent adult, you won't let someone tell you what NOT to see, or read. They did that shit in the USSR and still do it in NK and the PRC You can not argue against Marxism, if you don't know what it's about. If anything, the movie is about how DC has been bought and paid for. And a very interesting scene where Reagan is told to hurry up, by a Wall Street banker, and dutifully complies. |

My brother saw it and we got into an argument about it.
He started the whole thing by telling me that he saw it and agrees with him. We went back and forth on the points of that "movie" and my views on things and it turns out they were very much in common but I just told him that michael moores views on how to fix these problems are what caused the problems in the first place and that is the difference! He just kind of went  .We have not had a true free market in like 70 years and moores "fix" of more regulation and more gov't intervention is what killed the free market to begin with. My brother said something along the lines of "you can't make it today because the big players don't want competition, etc" I responded with yea, they get their lobbyists and buddy congressman and senators to pass laws in their favor while stifling/killing any true competition, hence, big business loves big government. So anyways...yea, Michael Moore can identify the problems but refuses to acknowledge that gov't caused the problems in the first place and believes that more gov't is the solution  |
