Another question for you guys.  For some reason I can't read pdfs.  I don't know when it happened but there it is.  I downloaded Adobe twice, but it would never turn on or whatever so I still couldn't read anything in pdf.  I just uninstalled it each time afterwards because it wasn't doing anything for me.  Am I downloading it to the wrong place or something?

If you could provide SIMPLE insturctions on where to DL it to, where to get it from, how to activate it (if need be), that would be great.  You are dealing with a computer illiterate.

Cheers

Never had a problem with adobe reader before. Install Adobe and then open it up.  Does the program open?   Go to a web page and download a PDF to your desktop, open adobe and then open the PDF though the Adobe file option instead of just clicking on the PDF.  If that doesn't work, open Adobe, go to help and click on Detect and Repair and then retry.
