I took these videos this summer and completely forgot I'd put them on Youtube.  This is my wife shooting an iron sighted Marlin .22, 25 yards standing offhand.

1st

This is the same distance, I put up 17 1" pasters and gave her 17 rounds.  She's pretty damn close when she misses.

This needs a poll. IBTP.

And , yeah , she can shoot very well. Both her G19 , and her AR(really mine but it's "for" her).

Yes....
end of story.

She was hitting some milk gallon jugs and making it dance.

Yeah, a poll is a good idea.

She can outshoot me at trap, every time.  Shoots 25's once in a while.  She shot small bore when she was a kid, so that explains her .22 ability.  Anything past 25 yards though I've got her beat.  Only because I practice and she doesn't.  I think if she took it real serious she'd be a lot better than me.

Mrs. Cougar either matches my score or beats me at sporting clays, and I shoot more. Kinda incentive to stay inline around the house .
On the rifle range at 25 and 50 yards she does damn good. I can beat her but she hasnt spent as much time behind the rifles as I have. Still puts all 10 in the nine ring at 50 yards and less.
I have no doubt she could cap zombies at 100 yards, no problem

My wife use to out shoot me all the time.  She grew up around guns.

My G/F can shoot.

Not only that yesterday afternoon me and my MOM went to the range together. She probably shoots a couple hundred handgun rounds a month.

My wife rocks with a pistol.  She's never liked shooting rifles, however.

I've never shot firearms with my fiancee.  Never had the opportunity.  But we have shot airguns together.  She is just as good or better with airguns than I am.  I figure that'd translate into firearms.

My wife would NOT shoot when we were first married and for the next two years or so.  Now she is getting her chl, has her own handgun, and shoots my rifles.  I don't have a chl because I work for "the man" and wouldnt be able to carry to work, but now will probably get it since she will have hers.  She enjoys it now.

I am in awe...!

That is all...

And yes...my missus can shoot.  She put 10/10 in the 8" black at 100 yds with my AR/ACOG combo...and it was the first time she ever fired the rifle!

(Then...she took her book, retired to the truck and said she'd wait for me there...that shooting didn't impress her much!  )

she isnt bad. when she gets into it she does a lot better. if she is not into it that day then she kinda fucks around.

im going to have her take a defensive pistol class here in the spring. i think she will learn a lot and enjoy it.

She knows how to, but isn't very good at it.  When I try to tell her how to improve, she says she's having fun, and tells me to leave her alone.

My wife is better, accuracy-wise, than me as long as we're talking handguns.  If speed is involved, like double taps or drawing from concealment, I've got her covered.  She is OK with a rifle.

For some reason, my little Colt Gov't .380 is a scalpel in her hands.  She's amazing with it.

Yep

She just shot this one last week, 2 shots @ 150 to 200 yds. with a 22-250...when I cut it up the other day, both bullet holes were less than an inch apart, right behind the front shoulder.

Mine learned to shoot at Paris Island so she is jam up with a rifle and is awesome to watch field strip an AR.  She never shot a pistol until a few years ago.  She was lights out first time out.

She carries a FA Uzi Mini as part of her daily routine in a very real and literal sense...yeah, you might say she can shoot.

My wife had never shot before we got together, I took her shooting and with the typical introductory instructions she equaled me with 9MM, outperformed me with .22LR(claimed my rimfire converted 1911 as her own gun), and would only fire one round of .45ACP-it's a bit big to learn on but she gets points for willing to try. Gave her one round in the .45 and told her if she liked it she could shoot a full mag, and keep going till we ran out. Looks like I have to get another 9, though. She was pissed when my Taurus 92 went away. Thinking of building her a 1911 in 9MM, she likes 1911 feel but not .45 recoil. If my light handloads are still too stout that's the route I'll go. With a baby on the way a Cricket .22 is first though. Just need to find out if it's a boy or girl to know if I need the black or pink stock. We decided to wait till birth to find out the sex, now she's 3 days overdue so any day now. If nothing by Sunday night they're scheduled to induce at 6AM Monday.

My g/f gets pissed if I go to the range and dont take her with.  She also had never shot a gun before until I took her last year.  She's excellent with a pistol, and I just bought her a Beretta 9mm for Christmas.  She doesn't like rifles too much as she's a petite 5'3  and has a hard time with full stocks, but likes to bench shoot.
