If I remember correctly, Hathcock left it on its swivel mount.  

Probably needed to keep it really steady considering he was shooting over 1,000 yards with it most of the time.

Think about the kind of shit that would be on the TOR version of YouTube within six months if a guerrilla war went hot in the US, especially on the southern border where the cartels already have a lot of hardware for American locals to "liberate".

You would see crazy shit the likes of which has never been tried before, and at least half of it would probably work.
