I mean enough for maybe two or three days. So you could put it in bottles & take to work, or for a quick breakfast in the morning. Does it lose nutritive value or anything?

If you think it matters my normal ingredients are milk, bananas, peanut butter, protein powered (ON 100% whey) and a bit of chocolate syrup. The bananas might make the shelf life shorter so I could leave those out.

I take it in coolers but make it only once a day for a couple uses in the lunch time and late afternoon. The smell of rotten protein drinks is horrible.
