This paints a horrible picture of LA law enforcement and is a disgrace to the USA. Anyone think this can be a true account? I've had encounters with cops that make me believe it could be true, but I really don't want it to be true.

Could be true, could be false. The southeastern US and NO is NOT known for its shining stars in uniform, if you know what I mean.

ummmm it's not just a southern problem.

NYC and LA have had more than their fair share as well.

New Orleans without a doubt has been one of the worst for MANY years.

Abner Louima and Rodney King come to mind though. Well, more Abner Louima than Rodney King. That was some messed up stuff.
