There appears to be an error on the page that makes it not work.

Look at some of the source of http://www.co.augusta.va.us/test.html

<div id="collapseMenuBlock0Item" style="width: 170; height: 23"><a href="javascript:collapse.toggle(0)"><img src="images/inf.gif" name="inf" width="130" height="23" border="0" onmouseover="roll('inf', 'images/inf2.gif');" onmouseout="roll('inf', 'images/inf.gif');"></a></div>

<a href="main/Utilities.htm" target="main">Utilities</a><br>

<a href="../doc/FOIA.pdf" target="main">FOIA</a><br></font>

Figure out which item you want, such as the Operating Budget page. Find the href for it (on the same line.)

<a href="admin/budget.htm" target="main">Operating Budget</a><br>

Append the item in the quotation to the target directory, http://www.co.augusta.va.us/, and you will have your link.

Hope that helps.

Found the problem.

The link is good. Menus show up. BUT, it doesn't work with firefox, use IE instead and it should work.
