We're doomed. This is a terrible bill I hope it goes down in flames. I doubt it though. No more pro gun ads if it passes. The pickering amendment, which would exept pro-gun ads, died 209-218

The real hoot about this is that if it passes the NRA and the ACLU are both going to court to try to shoot it down.

This bill is a [b]VERY[/b] dangerous one boys and girls.  If it passes, it's going to be the grease on the newest "slippery slope" to federal censorship.

Well, it passed from what I understand.  I think we're all going to have to start planning what we'll be doing when socialism really gets going here in Amerika.  I don't think we'll be doing much target shooting, campaign finance reform or no.

This one is unconstitutional on so many grounds, it is unbelievable that [b]anybody[/b] is voting for it, let alone the slight majority that it has.

It passed. F-ing bastards. Note that the NRA will be PROHIBITED from running any ads against candidates 90 days before an election, and might not even be able to say ANYTHING on the record of a candidate. We are headed to hell real quick. This angers me greatly!

By the way, it still has to clear the Senate again, and the President has to sign it. There is still some (small) hope!

Politicians wasted our tax dollars grandstanding om an issue taxpayers don't care about.  As far as I'm concerned it is to give incumbents & press more clout.

If GW doesn't veto it will be shot down by Supreme Court who has already made rulings that this bill violates.  

It's so simple to understand! It's an insult to the citizens for the politians to even think of taking these rights away from us.  [:(!]  [:(!]  [:(!]
