This is not a "gun vote" but a close friend of mine is in need of our help. Here is a copy of the e-mail she sent us...
Hi,
Holly has her Blazer entered in a contest on the Internet this month and was winning until the one guy realized she was a girl! He doesn't want to see a chick's truck beat his, so he has all his friends voting every day. We kept forgetting to vote but are now making it a priority every night. Please check out the link and vote everyday until the end of the
contest. You can only vote (from each computer) once every 24 hours so
try to make it a time that is convenient for you to remember each day. If you have access to more than one computer, you can vote on each one every 24 hours. The link is:

Once there, click on the bottom sign which also says "click here to enter". There are ten photos that take a while to all load. Holly's is #10. She didn't enter until well after the others, but even so, hers caught up and passed the others within a few days.

If you want to really crank the votes up, all you have to do is delete cookies after each vote, i ran 5 up in a row doing this.

Sorry, while your effort to help a friend is noble, I just couldn't bring myself to vote for a GM. To me it would feel too much like voting for a Clinton or something.

Alright, my arm is sore from clicking repeatedly.

When I started, the stats looked like this:

1. 1011 34%
10. 1216 41%

As I leave, the results are now:

1. 1020 11%
10. 7216 80%

And while I'm sad that the other guy got 9 votes during my wrath of clicks, I can at least take comfort that nearly 6000 votes can be attributed to me. I hope she wins, and if there is any money involved with winning, just remember that I am now in physical therapy for voting nearly 6000 times. [;)]
