Yes, give them what they want, wait about 5yrs, then say "that was a stupid idea, huh?" Knowing CA, the stupid would double down at that point and they'd start deer death panels.

It is believed that humans started domesticating the grey wolf tens of thousands of years ago. We didn't domestic dogs so that we'd have something for the kids to play with or to dress them up in silly outfits. We sought to domesticate the grey wolf for utilitarian purposes just as we were driven to domesticate other beasts for utility rather than for "food." A big motivation for domestication of the grey wolf was likely to assist the human master in hunting.
Hunting and dogs go together on a very deep level. In fact, through centuries of selective breeding there are dogs highly specialized with engrain genetic desires to hunt. California would literally be seeking to destroy thousands of years of human effort in passing such a large hunting ban. They would literally set back the breeding of a species through such a Draconian measure. |

“We are going to use the ballot box and the democratic process to stop all hunting in the United States ... We will take it species by species until all hunting is stopped in California. Then we will take it state by state.”
Haha! That shit might fly in California but obviously that stupid bastard has never been down to Texas. He'll get run out of town on a rail down here. |

shit, now I'm even anticipating this stupid fucking pinko paradise to fall into the ocean.

Just because a bill is introduced doesn't mean it has a chance of passing.

The NRA needs to spend what is needed to defeat anti-gun legislation, not waste it on anti-hunting legislation. That's not what I joined the NRA for and that's not the reason I donate to NRA-ILA.

People in California think that 30% of the population is gay, Global Warming is real and driving hybrids is their way of saving the planet. They tolerate violent illegal aliens and gift them special status in State Colleges and in forms of social welfare. This, while taxing the productive classes and companies until they close down or flee the state. The state is near bankrupt and so are most of the municipalities...what was your first clue that California has a large voting block of politically retarded people with no commonn sense? |

Sweet would be packs of Mountain Lions and Bears randomly wandering out of the hills and comsuming some randoms hippies and fruit cakes libs on the street in front of witness. A sort of karmic reminder to everyone who can witness it as to why their more ballsey ancestors killed the shit out of such creatures on a regular basis. Animals are cute and fuzzy until their try to rip your face off, or destroy your property and eat your pet dog or car, I don't know why these assholes can figure that shit out. |

Quoted: I can't wait till feral hogs overrun Cali. Kinda' sorta' have already. They are everywhere. The hog season runs all year BUT you have to have a license AND you have to, of course, be legally on the property. Private land owners just aren't going to allow random hunters on their property due to liability reasons, and a lot of the land owners who do allow hunting charge you big bucks to "guide" the hunt. So all of that land essentially goes unhunted and the herds go unculled. Legal public hog hunting grounds are heavily impacted by hunters and hogs ain't stupid, they learn where it's safe. Vast tracts of privately owned land hold huge herds of boars and feral hogs. They come off private land down into town and root up neighborhoods in search of easy pickings. And the cities can only allow professional hunters to take hogs, it adds up. Then we can talk about the lead ban in condor territory...maybe another time. eta Hunting private land in CA used to be relatively easy. Not that long ago all you had to do was scout an area, when you found property holding game you knocked on the door and made an arrangement with the resident to hunt in exchange for a portion of the take or perhaps a bottle of whiskey or something. Nowadays you knock on that door and it's not a property owner but a tenant living there. Hopefully they're just migrant workers and not scumbags cooking meth in the barn. It seems that the majority of the farms are corporate owned now. Good luck getting permission. Of course you can join a club if you have the means. Lots of people don't though. And some of the club hunts are almost canned. |

why people in other states should not write off/give up on CA...
CA accounts of approximately 12% of the House of Representatives. Which is more than any other state of the Union. This means CA can impact/sway most Federal laws being considered. Example... During the vote to hold Attorney General Holder in contempt, CA accounted for 7.06% of the vote to hold him in contempt. Which equates to being one of the top three states that provided the most votes to hold him in contempt. |

They plan on flying "professional" hunters from helos to shoot pigs. They don't care that it will cost a shit ton of money and have little effect. |

I guess they forgot that the number one source of conservation funds is hunters. And that no managed species in the US has ever faced extinction from hunting.

Quoted: Quoted: Now the FUDDS have no reason to own firearms. They had better turn them in. Fudds think firearms are only for hunting. They don't think anyone should own an EBR or other "military style weapons" Therefore if hunting is not allowed there is no reason for a Fudd to own a firearm. The point I was trying to make it's a bad idea to assoicate the need for firearms just because you want to hunt. |
