I grew in in San Jose, Ca. 15 fucking cars on the street and only one runs, I feel the pain.

Why are the PoPo investigating? Doesn't sound like any crime was committed nor were there any threats mentioned, all the writer wanted was for them to quit blocking the driveway.
Maybe next time he should commit an actual crime by puncturing the tires of the offending vehicles. 
Or maybe the cops could run LP checks and tow the vehicles with out of date license plates and no valid insurance. Isn't that part of their job and an actual traffic offense? |

Just down the street from me. the areas that dont have limited time parking during the day fill up with motorhomes and trailers. If its past 9pm, good luck finding any street parking.

The home across the street has seven cars, the one to the left has five, and the one to the right only four cars.
We have three car garages so that means broad driveways and little on-the-street parking. On weekends when none of the 16 nearest neighbors aren't working the streets are packed. When we have a party I park my vehicles on the street and open my garage for my friends to park inside and on my drive. With the lower income working class every adult child has a vehicle and still lives at home with mom and dad. They also have grandma/grandpa living in the home taking care of the grand babies. Life on my street was so much better before section 8 brought in the diversity (of class). |

I'd say it's a problem with not enforcing occupancy limits.
There is a couple of apartment complexes in NoVA I've noticed that have filled-up with Hispanic "immigrants" over the last few years and their rusted-out shit box cars, work vans, and PUs spill-over into the nearby residential streets. I'd not put-up with that shit for long. |
