I dunno, but I say that Osma Bin Lockyer will be banning single shot / pump / blocked lower mag wells AR15's that are not registered as Kommifornication "assault weapons" as soon as he figures out that a .50 cal BMG AR15 upper fits on them..... |

As soon as you added the .50-cal upper to the AR-15 lower, wouldn't you have a banned weapon assuming it isn't registered?

I think that only applies to the .50BMG cartridge. |

The idea is that you could register a lower as a .50 BMG. Actually, the CA forum covers this pretty well. I'm still absorbing info . . . |
