CSA voters should be proud? The Party of Lincoln still rules an occupied CSA and the President is a scalawag. I don't understand.....

...::: { NEWS FLASH } :::...

nearly one hundred and fifty years after the end of combat the south has been declared the winner of the civil war.  traditional southern values have offically been adapted by the majority of americans.  yankee liberalism has been dealt a death blow.

three cheers for the bonnie blue flag!!!

The "Land of Lincoln" and all the other 1860 Republican strongholds are now solid blue, while the South is growing and choosing our Presidents.  The South did rise again and somewhere RE Lee has a big smile on his face.

It's funny looking at those maps.  Even before looking at the colors all of the states that are now red are states that I've always though of as being populated by good people.  All the states that are now red I've always thought of as being populated by garbage.  Hell, even my state map works (almost) the same way, since the three carpet-bagger strongholds of Dade/Broward/Palm Beach are all colored blue, and the rest of the state would cut those three counties off and build a wall if we could get away with it.  The Cubans in Dade even are almost giving the carpet-baggers a run for their money.  I will love it if they pull it off.

To whoever it was that got upset that I'd rather have Cuban immigrants into my state than Yankees, here's a big fuck you.  Broward, which is almost all Yankee scum, is looking to be something like 85% Kerry.  Dade, which has a good portion of Yankee scum but is offset by the Cubans, is almost neck and neck.  So yes, I will take a Cuban over a Bostonian any goddamn day of the week.

I was surprised PA was as close as it was ... I think it was 49% Bush/51% Kerry.

I live in Philadelphia and there were groups of people on more than a few street corners last night, holding up Kerry signs ("Honk if you support Kerry") with a lot of honking cars passing by.  I walked by one mini-parade of Kerry supporters (replete with a Kerry banner made out of a bedsheet) on Market Street near One Liberty Place.

I really felt like I was in "enemy territory", a la Red Dawn.
