it seems that he will be tried with "lending aid to the enemy" because "it would be difficult to get two Taliban members to testify against him". all this AND he will be tried by a Klinton-appointed judge, known for getting most of her decisions appealed by the Fourth Circuit courts for her "punishments outside the norm of common law".
